Clearwater Lake
Clearwater lake is a crystal clear gem in the middle of a beautiful state full of lakes. We are large enough to enjoy all the pleasures of lake country living, yet we are small enough that we don't attract the transient weekend crowd looking for a good time. In other words, PERFECT!
Clearwater Lake is located 10 miles northeast of Brainerd, MN in Crow Wing County and 5 miles south of Deerwood, MN. It is a long lake covering 907 acres with a maximum depth of 54 feet. Clearwater Lake has no inlets and one outlet, the Nokasippi River that flows out of the north end of the lake. The Nokasippi River eventually joins the Mississippi at Fort Ripley. That makes us a part of the Mississippi watershed.
