What Do I need to do connect?
You can connect by Computer, Tablet or phone. You can also connect with or without video or audio. There will be times during the meeting in which you may wish to be heard (and seen) however to just view the video you only need the Zoom application and a speaker system on your device. If you want to just hear the meeting you only need a phone, any phone. It does not require a smart phone.
How Can I connect?
THE EASIEST WAY IS TO CONNECT FROM THE INVITE: You will be receiving an e-mail with the zoom link, meeting id and password. This is your way into the meeting. This has been e-mailed out to the membership and a reminder will be sent prior to the meeting. It will also be available on the web page but you will need to sign in to view it.
Once the application is install, you will need to get the meeting ID / Password entered to enter the meeting. These are also found in the invite email.

USING JUST A PHONE: Call the number in the invite, enter the meeting ID and you should be in.
USING A DEVICE WITH OR WITHOUT VIDEO AND AUDIO: You will need to have the application installed on your device. Once you click on Join the meeting from the invite, it will ask you if you need to install the app. There will be a link to walk you through it.
If you have zoom installed, you will see a popup asking what application to use. Select ZOOM and say launch. If you had to install the application, it may be helpful to go back to the link and reenter the meeting after the install.
Keep in mind that every device type and browser will have slightly different looks and steps.
